YES1 and neoplasm: As shown in Figure 6A and 6B, dasatinib treatment significantly inhibited tumor growth in both UOK275 xenografts and UOK342 xenografts, suggesting that targeted inhibition of Yes in YAP-activated tumors with dasatinib may present a therapeutic potential for patients with NF2-deficient PRCC tumors that have lost regulation by the Hippo signaling pathway.
