For example, from the comparison between differentially downregulated genes (572 genes) in GATA3-mutant cells and the “Ductal Breast Carcinoma Epithelia - Dead at 1 Year29” clinical gene expression data, the expression data from 351 genes were available, and 84 genes were significantly (p < 0·05, Welch’s t-test) downregulated in the patients deceased at 1 year. This evidence concerns the gene GATA3 and breast ductal adenocarcinoma.
