As shown in Figure 2A, ARHGAP15 immunoreactivity was significantly associated with decreased risk of recurrence (p = 0.0013), and multivariate analyses demonstrated that ARHGAP15, lymph node metastasis, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) status were independent prognostic factors for disease-free survival with relative risk over 1.0 (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene ARHGAP15 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
