In this study, hsa-miR-150 was predicted to target DEGs, such as ETF1, which interacted with RPS27A and RPLP0. Additionally, hsa-miR-134 was also predicted to regulate ETF1. MiR-134 affects the cell adhesion of MSCs by mediating the expression of β1 integrin [35] and inhibits cell proliferation via targeting KRAS in human renal cell carcinoma cells [36]. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
