A significant correlation between BACH2 and FOXP3 levels was found in the overall population and in HC, HT, and MS separately (Pearson’s correlation, r = 0.62 and p < 0.0001 for the overall population; r = 0.73 and p < 0.0001 for HC; r = 0.40 and p = 0.002 for HT; r = 0.60 and p = 0.004 for MS) (Figures 2A–E). Here, BACH2 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
