In resting cells, TRPV2 is almost exclusively present in non-raft membranes (C + DSM, cytoplasm and detergent-soluble membrane) while bacterial infection increase significantly the level of TRPV2 detected in the enriched lipid rafts fraction (N + DRM, nuclei and detergent-resistant membranes). This evidence concerns the gene TRPV2 and bacterial infectious disease.
