Our data evidencing an up-regulation of both FGB and its cleaved fragments in GC tumors versus the adjacent non-tumoral tissues agree with the 2D results from Wang et al. [25] and the label-free quantitative proteomics findings of Dai et al. [26] in six pairs of primary and advanced poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma tissues. Here, FGB is linked to gastric adenocarcinoma.
