NFKB1 and neoplasm: The application of the pharmacologic NF‐κB inhibitor BAY 11‐7072 on normal human hypopharyngeal cells effectively prevents the acidic bile‐induced up‐regulation of “oncomirs” miR‐21, miR‐155 and miR‐192 and down‐regulation of “tumour suppressors” miR‐34a, miR‐375 and miR‐451a, strongly supporting NF‐κB as an important key molecule in acidic bile‐induced molecular events in hypopharyngeal cells.
