SLITRK5 and cancer: In the present study, we used global transcriptomics, PCA and shRNA-based function screening to investigate the roles of RAB39A, CPVL, NUP210, LHX2, KCNG3, SLITRK5, FXYD6 and PRAME expression in cancer cells, including CSCs, under both acidic and neutral microenvironmental conditions.
