Our data conformed to The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, indicating that RAB39A was highly expressed in testicular germ cell tumor, glioblastoma, glioma, pheochromocytoma, lymphoma, leukemia, invasive breast cancers and sarcomas, etc; and that RXRB was expressed more abundantly in all cancer histotypes (http://www.cbioportal.org/cross_cancer.do?session_id=59d5a712498e5df2e296350a;Supplementary Figure 4A and 4B). The gene discussed is RAB39A; the disease is sarcoma.
