These results suggest that ruxolitinib inhibits JAK2/STAT signaling by blocking of downstream of the phosphorylation of STAT3 and STAT5 and that ruxolitinib shows selective activity of JAK2 against JAK3 in HL cell lines which is consistent with other studies suggesting that ruxolitinib is a JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor with marked selectivity over JAK3. Here, JAK1 is linked to Hodgkins lymphoma.
