SMARCA4 and familial pancreatic carcinoma: Restoration of SMARCA4 expression in a different SMARCA4-deficient pancreatic cancer cell line, Hs700T [7], led to very similar findings, with the most substantial impact being reduced sensitivity to the DNA-damaging agents cisplatin (28-fold), oxaliplatin (33-fold), and irinotecan (7.4-fold) (summarized in Figure 3B).
