Our splicing signature comparison approach screened the SF perturbation datasets related to a total 31 SFs for splicing regulators in the mouse psoriasis dataset, where nine SFs showed significant overlapping splicing changes in psoriasis, including NOVA1, PTBP1, PRMT5, RBFOX2, SRRM4, MBNL1, MBNL2, U2AF1, and DDX5 (Table S4), which are potential regulators responsible for splicing changes in psoriasis. This evidence concerns the gene RBFOX2 and psoriasis.
