We further examined whether EEF1D knockdown could affect the Akt-mTOR and Akt-Bad signaling pathways in osteosarcoma cells using Western blotting analysis, and the results revealed that EEF1D knockdown inhibited the phosphorylation of Akt, mTOR, and Bad (Fig. 4e-i).
