MiR-622 acts as a tumor suppressor in colorectal cancer occurrence and metastasis by suppressing K-Ras [10], in hepatocellular carcinoma [12], in lung cancer by repressing hypoxia-inducible factor-1α in ERK-responsive [13], in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by directly targeting E2F1 [14], in gastric cancer by targeting LAMC2 and CD82 [15]. Here, E2F1 is linked to colorectal cancer.
