Here, we report preclinical PET imaging of CD138 in a subcutaneous and bone marrow disseminated mouse model of orthotopic syngeneic MM (C57BL / KaLwRij and 5T33 cells) using Copper-64 labeled mCD138-specific 9E7.4 antibody (64Cu-TE2A-9E7.4) compared to 18F-FDG-PET, bioluminescence imaging and 64CuCl2 imaging both as a control of potential copper release by the chelator agent and as a molecular imaging probe. This evidence concerns the gene SDC1 and Miyoshi myopathy.
