For the four core AD biomarkers (tTau, Aβ1–38, Aβ1–40, and Aβ1–42) and the three Aβ and tau-independent "neurodegeneration" markers neurofilament light-chain (NfL), α-Synuclein, and fatty acid binding protein 3 (FABP3), all 105 sample concentrations were measurable well above the LLOD, as expected.
