To explore the role of m6A‐dependent RNA methylation in dental pulp inflammation, we used Pg LPS in the present study to establish a model of dental pulp inflammation, and we detected the m6A content and expression levels of m6A methyltransferase and demethylases, including METTL3, METTL14, FTO and ALKBH5. Here, METTL14 is linked to pulpitis.
