VPS13B and Cohen syndrome: It is also able to detect the N-tetrasaccharide for ALG1-CDG diagnosis and highly abundant abnormal high mannose species of 3 Man- and 4 Man-glycans in PMM2-CDG and MPI-CDG (Zhang et al 2016), and to show abnormal profiles for tissue-specific glycosylation defects for VPS13B-CDG, also called Cohen syndrome (Duplomb et al 2014).
