Long noncoding RNA cancer susceptibility candidate 2 (CASC2) has been demonstrated as playing crucial regulatory role in many cancers, such as lung adenocarcinoma, thyroid carcinoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma, etc. However, the expression of CASC2 in ALI and molecular mechanisms underlying CASC2-mediated ALI remain unknown. This evidence concerns the gene CASC2 and thyroid gland carcinoma.
