In a multivariable analysis high breast tumor median CXCL13 content was independently associated with favorable DDFS (HR 0.44, 95% CI 0.29–0.67; P ≤ 0.001), whereas CD4 content and FOXP3 content were not (HR 1.89, 95% CI 0.80–1.78; P = 0.396; and HR 1.20, 95% CI 0.78–1.84; P = 0.400, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene FOXP3 and breast neoplasm.
