BRAF mutations of these 302 colorectal tumors were measured: as expected, within the pre-screened 96 tumors, a high percentage 35.4% (n = 34) harbored p.V600E mutations, and within the randomly selected 206 tumours, 11.2% (n = 23) harboured p.V600E mutations. This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and colorectal neoplasm.
