To further evaluate the function of TCF7L2 in pancreatic cancer viability and proliferation, we first generated two lentiviral particles targeting TCF7L2, termed pLKO.1-shTCF7L2-A and pLKO.1-TCF7L2-B, to mediate silencing of TCF7L2 in PANC-1 and MIA PaCa-2 cells. This evidence concerns the gene TCF7L2 and pancreatic neoplasm.
