To further analyze whether the alternation of methylation levels of RNF144A promoter is associated with different molecular subtypes of breast cancer, we compared the methylation levels of RNF144A promoter at the R1 and R2 regions in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC, n = 12) with those in non‐TNBC (n = 18) in our patient cohort. The gene discussed is RNF144A; the disease is breast carcinoma.
