Previously, we also demonstrated the novel miR-193a-5p-YY1-APC regulatory axis in regulation of endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma progression [19], however, to the best of our knowledge, the expression of YY1, E-cadherin and HPV16 E6, as well as the correlations between them, have not been reported on normal cervical tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissues and CSCC tissues. This evidence concerns the gene CDH1 and cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.
