CD274 and thymic carcinoma: In patients with thymic carcinoma, the high expression of PD-L1 (defined by ≥50% PD-L1 positivity in TCs, which is also adopted for SP142 and 22C3 antibodies in the previous studies), tended to be more strongly associated with the clinicopathological features and prognosis than the PD-L1 expression when a 1% cutoff value was used.
