The CDCA8 mRNA expression level was relatively high in four subtypes of breast cancer, which were male breast carcinoma, invasive ductal breast carcinoma, invasive lobular breast carcinoma, and invasive breast carcinoma, with all of these subtypes displaying more than a 3.5-fold change over the normal tissue (Figure 2F). Here, CDCA8 is linked to invasive breast carcinoma.
