The subgroup analysis also presented a reduced skin cancer risk associated with −819 C>T variant of IL-10 in heterozygote model (OR = 0.67, 95CI = 0.50–0.91, p = 0.01) in non-melanoma skin cancer but not in melanoma skin cancer in any genetic model (all p > 0.05). Here, IL10 is linked to skin neoplasm.
