Previous reports have indicated that the miR-122-5p/miR-133b ratio could as a specific early prognostic biomarker for acute myocardial infarction (Cortez-Dias et al., 2016), and miR-122-5p upregulation can trigger the compensatory response of LPIN1 and CTDNEP1 in hepatosteatosis (Naderi et al., 2017). This evidence concerns the gene CTDNEP1 and acute myocardial infarction.
