Although second‐generation drugs such as abiraterone acetate (CYP17A1 inhibitor), enzalutamide (androgen receptor (AR) ligand binding domain inhibitor), and cabazitaxel have been introduced in clinical management of PCa, primary or acquired treatment resistances invariably occur (Attard et al., 2008; Tran et al., 2009).
