Of the 159 patients with SSc, 142 (89%) were receiving treatment with vasodilators (61 with calcium channel blockers, 27 with angiotensin‐converting enzyme inhibitors, 27 with angiotensin II receptor antagonist, 22 with phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor, 4 with endothelin receptor antagonist, and 1 with nitrates), of whom 35 were receiving ≥1 vasodilator. This evidence concerns the gene ACE and systemic sclerosis.
