TNF-α ≥ 6 pg/mL, fractalkine ≥ 250 pg/mL and IP-10 ≥ 290 pg/mL continued to predict BE with ORs (95%CI) of 3.84(1.23–12.03), 3.42(1.18–9.96) and 4.47(1.45–13.84), respectively (Table 1). The gene discussed is CXCL10; the disease is Barrett esophagus.
