Additionally, we found that WT and ΔMHCIi infection resulted in a similar relative abundance of B819-26-specific CD8+ T cells with a memory phenotype (CD44+CD62L+KLRG1-CD127+) at 25 dpi, suggesting that viral MHCI inhibition does not affect memory T cell development (S4 Fig).
