GADD45A and hepatocellular carcinoma: As shown in Figure 4, the enriched pathways including cell cycle, mitosis, DNA damage-induced 14-3-3σ signaling, G2/M DNA damage checkpoint regulating and GADD45 signaling, mainly in the turquoise module, indicated that the cell cycle-related pathways changed initially at very early HCC and changed more significantly as the disease worsened, which is in agreement with previous studies [25,26,27].
