As shown in Fig. 3, hyperammonemia increases phosphorylation (p < 0.05) of GluN2B at Tyr1472 to 122 ± 10% in control rats (Fig. 3a) and membrane expression (p < 0.001) of GluN2B to 151 ± 10% in control rats (Fig. 3b). This evidence concerns the gene GRIN2B and Hyperammonemia.
