NT-proBNP demonstrated significant discrimination with regard to SPHF in CAD (AUC = 0.79, 95%CI 0.73–0.85, p<0.0001), MR (AUC = 0.80, 95%CI 0.72–0.87, p<0.0001) and AS (AUC = 0.66, 95%CI 0.51–0.81, p = 0.047). This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and coronary artery disorder.
