Figure 3 shows that low E-cadherin (below mean H-Score: 55% of patients) was predictive for worse overall survival (Log-rank test p=0.0421, Gehan-Breslow-Wilcoxon test p=0.0182) whereas the presence of any vimentin staining in any of the tumour cells was not predictive on its own or in combination with E-cadherin levels.
