HMGA2 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: Subgroup analysis by cancer type showed that high HMGA2 expression was associated with worse OS in GC (pooled HR = 1.77; 95% CI =1.31–2.41; P < 0.001), BC (pooled HR = 2.26; 95% CI =1.56–3.28; P < 0.001), HCC (pooled HR = 1.90; 95% CI =1.37–2.64; P < 0.001), CRC (pooled HR = 1.78; 95% CI =1.29–2.44; P < 0.001), NPC (pooled HR = 1.96; 95% CI =1.26–3.05; P = 0.003), and EC (pooled HR = 1.82; 95% CI =1.19–2.77; P = 0.006).
