PGF and neoplasm: miR-143-3p inhibited the function of integrin α6 (ITGA6), a direct target of miR-143-3p, which induced tumour angiogenesis through the MAPK and PI3K/AKT pathways and enhanced the expression of PLGF. Here, we first determined the inhibitory role of miR-143-3p in GBC growth and angiogenesis and then demonstrated the potential use of miR-143-3p as a targeted therapy and as a prognostic indicator for patients with GBC.
