CD3+ T cells, CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells isolated from HCC tissues (Fig. S3) in both groups (14-3-3ζhigh and 14-3-3ζlow) were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 beads for three consecutive days and then subjected to flow cytometry (FCM) to measure the percentage of Ki67+ cells and CD69+ cells. The gene discussed is CD69; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
