Previously reported that CRKL was a potential target gene of miR-429, miR-429 reduced CRKL protein expression in breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells25, further study found miR-429 directly targeting to CRKL-3′-UTR by luciferase reporter assay in cervical cancer cells26, indicating CRKL was a direct target gene of miR-429. Here, CRKL is linked to breast carcinoma.
