miR-429 could decrease CRKL protein expression level in breast cancer25 and cervical cancer cells26, consistently, our results showed miR-429 overexpression decreased endogenous CRKL protein expression level (Fig. 1C) and miR-429 silencing increased endogenous CRKL protein expression level (Fig. 1D) in HepG2 cells.
