Our data suggested that taurocholate-induced AP decreased the activity of miR-181b, stimulated the activity of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, attenuated the activity of mTOR pathway, enhanced Beclin1 and LC3-II expression, and increased pancreatic cell autophagy, pancreatic cell apoptosis, and taurocholate-induced AP. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is alkaline phosphatase measurement.
