Applying the new criteria for preclinical AD with standard thresholds [1], out of 120 individuals, 24 (20%) were biomarker-negative, 63 (53%) were at risk of AD (only one biomarker abnormality), while 33 (27%) showed preclinical AD with both Aβ and p-tau abnormalities.
