As shown in Fig. 2h, in both the synchronised normal and malignant pancreatic cells, the relative abundance of miR-135b was marked by rhythmic variations (P < 0.05) that were roughly in anti-phase with those of BMAL1. Collectively, these findings confirmed that miR-135b is a BMAL1-targeting miRNA in PC. The gene discussed is BMAL1; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
