To this end, breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231, hepatocellular cancer cell line HCCLM334, and colorectal cancer cell line CLY35, each with high levels of ZAK, ZEB1 and mesenchymal markers (Supplementary Figure S3a), were used to establish stable cell lines expressing shRNAs targeting ZAK.
