CD79A and infection: Rotarix (odds ratio [OR], 2.7 [95% CI, 1.36–5.32]) and week 18 RV-IgG (OR, 3.11 [95% CI, 1.81–5.35]), which would reflect RV-IgG induced by vaccination or natural infection, were positively associated with RV-IgA seropositivity (Figure 2); week 6 RV-IgG (ie, maternal antibodies) had a strong inverse correlation with seropositivity (OR, 0.40 [95% CI, .25–.64]), and EBF was also associated with reduced seropositivity (OR, 0.94 [95% CI, .89–1.0]; Figure 2).
