Therefore, we proposed that, in the process of kidney stone formation, the overexpression of CCR2 mediated by relevant miRNAs, such as rno-miR-192, rno-miR-194, and rno-miR-499, would induce the inflammation and damage to the renal tubular epithelial cells and promote nephrolithiasis. Here, CCR2 is linked to nephrolithiasis.
