Psoriatic patients with MS showed a much less reduction of serum levels of IL-6 (−2.345 ± 1.188 vs −1.005 ± 1.049) (Fig. 2A) and (−2.959 ± 1.334 vs −1.579 ± 1.943) IL-17 (Fig. 2B) than patients without MS (P = .0025 and P = .0161). The gene discussed is IL6; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
