DHA could selectively inhibit the growth (Figure 1b) and migration (Figure 1c) of PDGFRα-positive ovarian cancer cells (A2780 and OVCAR3), with significantly decreased effects on PDGFRα-null SK-OV3, OVCAR5 and IOSE144 cells (Figure 1b and c).
