Alternative splicing of genes has also been shown to be associated with SF3B1 mutations in breast cancer, such as TMEM14C, RPL31, CRNDE, DYNLL1, MZB1, ICA1, RPL24, MTERFD3, OBSL1, ABCC5, UQCC, GUSBP11, ANKHD1, ADAM12, F8, and GAS8 [11, 12]. Here, DYNLL1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
