JAK2 and breast cancer: This notion was substantiated by experiments in which we tested the effect of two JAK2 inhibitors, [(E)-3-(6-bromopyridin-2-yl)-2-cyano-N-((S)-1-phenylethyl) acrylamide, WP1066] and FDA-approved Tofacitinib in the presence and absence of doxorubicin (Figure 7a) on the resistant breast cancer cells.
